These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the dan999 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By using dan999, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Account Holder") and dan999 (the "Operator", "Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing, registering for, or using the dan999 website at https://dan999.cam or any associated mobile interface (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of dan999 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

To create and maintain a dan999 Account, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria:
Account registration requires you to provide a valid email address, a secure password and a mobile number. The Platform may also request additional information to complete initial registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify dan999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must successfully complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requires submission of:
The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Providing forged, altered or misleading documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination and referral to relevant authorities.
5.1 Deposits. dan999 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed within your Account dashboard at the time of deposit. Pakistani users frequently reference familiar local payment instruments — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as context for how they manage fund transfers. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without prior notice. These references do not imply endorsement, affiliation or operational support by those providers.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 1,000 or the equivalent in the applicable currency, unless otherwise stated at the point of deposit. The Operator may adjust minimum deposit thresholds at its discretion.
5.3 Cryptocurrency. Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT) and other supported digital assets may be used for deposits. Cryptocurrency values are converted at the prevailing rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the relevant blockchain. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.
5.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment instrument previously used to fund the Account, or to a verified bank account in the Account holder's name. The Operator reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal amount per transaction, per day and per calendar month, as displayed within your Account at the time of request.
5.5 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform at the time of request. Processing times may be extended where additional KYC verification is required or where the Operator's risk and compliance procedures necessitate further review.
5.6 Account Funds. Funds held in your Account do not earn interest. The Operator holds client funds in accordance with its licensing obligations. The Operator is not a bank or financial institution and does not provide any form of financial services regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan.
6.1 General Conditions. All promotional offers made available on dan999 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP rewards — are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where any conflict exists between a promotional term and these Terms, the promotional term shall prevail in respect of that specific offer only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement") before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions and any game contribution percentages are specified at the time each promotion is offered. Illustrative examples (such as a 30× wagering requirement on a 100% match bonus) are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed current terms.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotional terms will be forfeited automatically without notice. Real Money Balance deposited alongside a bonus may be subject to restrictions until the associated wagering requirement is met, depending on the specific offer terms.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals and close Accounts where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, structured wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated betting to guarantee outcomes. Any winnings derived from abuse of promotions are not withdrawable.
6.5 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, per IP address, per device and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using these means will be treated as bonus abuse.
6.6 Promotional Modifications. The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to Accounts prior to the modification.
7.1 Sportsbook. All bets placed on the dan999 sportsbook are subject to the Operator's sports betting rules, which govern market settlement, void bet conditions, in-play bet acceptance, maximum payout limits per event and accumulator rules. These rules are available within the Platform. The Operator's decision on the settlement of any bet shall be final.
7.2 Cricket & PSL Markets. Pakistan cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 Internationals, Test matches and other domestic series — are offered in accordance with the Operator's cricket-specific betting rules. In the event of match abandonment, rescheduling, venue change or result reversal by the governing body, the Operator's settlement rules will apply as stated within those rules at the time of the event.
7.3 Casino Games. All casino games (slots, live dealer, table games, instant games) are governed by the individual game rules presented within each game interface. RTP figures, where displayed, are illustrative averages certified by the respective game studio and clearly labelled as such. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG).
7.4 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error, system failure or human error that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome being displayed, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the User's Account. Manifestly erroneous odds (also referred to as "palpable errors") may be cancelled even after settlement.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. The Operator may impose maximum payout limits per bet, per event and per calendar day, as stated within the Platform. Winnings exceeding these limits are not payable beyond the stated maximum.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds, in addition to any legal action the Operator deems appropriate:
All content on the dan999 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants any User a licence to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the Operator's prior written consent.
Third-party game content is owned by the respective game studios and is subject to those studios' intellectual property rights. The Operator does not claim ownership of third-party game content.
The collection, use, storage and protection of your personal data is governed by the dan999 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Operator processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support and (where you have consented) marketing communications. Your data is not sold to third parties. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to the Operator's legal obligations to retain certain information.

The Operator will honour all responsible gambling restrictions immediately upon a User's request and will not use marketing communications to entice a self-excluded User to return.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or reputational harm, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.2 The Operator's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.3 The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work and events beyond the Operator's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Operator's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the dan999 customer support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding liabilities will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any ongoing investigation.
13.2 By the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the event of:
13.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. The Operator will provide reasonable notice before applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be disclosed at the point of notification and deducted from the Real Money Balance. The Account holder retains the right to withdraw the remaining balance at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
For disputes related to individual game outcomes or bet settlements, the User should first raise the matter with the dan999 customer support team. If a satisfactory resolution is not achieved, the dispute may be escalated to the Operator's designated alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process, as specified within the Platform.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform before they take effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.
